Everyone knows Hank Haney teaches the world's best player. What they don't know is the only other players he personally trains are the students at Hank Haney International Junior Golf Academy.

Hank Haney IJGA offers a structured program of high-level golf instruction combined with college preparatory academics designed to assist young men and women in achieving their potential as student athletes.

The Academy is the only organization worldwide, which provides training, academics and competition for junior golfers.

Students attend Heritage Academy, which is fully accredited by the South Carolina Independent Schools Association. The school provides progressive, personalized instruction and a flexible college-like schedule making it easier to train and compete.

An integral part of the golf training is tournament competition. Hank Haney IJGA instructors work with students to identify the right events to play on the International Junior Golf Tour (IJGT).

The IJGT was founded in 1995 and is an academic year tour for junior golfers. Aspiring collegiate players compete in nationally ranked events on many of America's best courses from September through May against the highest quality U.S. and international competition. Over the past 12 years, more than 2000 students have attended the IJGA. Most students have received college golf scholarships from a variety of outstanding colleges and universities including UCLA, University of Georgia, Oklahoma State University, Texas Tech, Virginia, University of New Mexico, Furman University, Boston University, Mississippi State University, and University of South Carolina at Aiken.

Academy students are a very diverse group. Students come from all over the US and 23 countries including China, Korea, Peru, Mexico, Denmark and New Zealand.
